Enjoy all day sunshine from the extensive south west sun terraces at the villa

The 8x4 metre pool has Roman steps and underwater lighting

There is a pool side shower

There are sunloungers , patio furniture and a portable BBQ.

Shade is provided by two supersize parasols,.

The shaded 'naya' (terrace) on the upper level provides an alternative dining and relaxation area , from which to enjoy the vista and fabulous sunsets.

For those who like to sunbathe in private , parts of the sun terraces are not overlooked , particularly on the  lower level.

This also provides a perfect suntrap for the cooler months , and is a safe enclosed area for children to play.

The sun sets behind the old church of Benitachell between 9-10pm in the summer months (May onwards), enabling guests to enjoy a full day out  ( if you  can  manage to drag yourself away), and still enjoy the warm evening sun and a refreshing drink or a chilled glass of wine on one of the terraces at the villa.
