The prices are inclusive of villa preparation.
The villa is cleaned prior to your holiday rental and is cleaned after your stay.
Linen and towels are charged at £10 per person per week.
Beach and Pool towels are not provided.
Additional cleaning services during your holiday can be arranged. Charges apply.
A fair usage policy applies to winter bookings for utilities gas /electric.
Rentals during November through to March are subject to an additional fuel deposit of £50.
The changeover day can be flexible, apart from the Peak months , July and August , where the prefered changeover is a Saturday
Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer in GB Pounds Sterling.
25% of the rental price is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the hire period.
For bookings made within 8 weeks full payment is required.
We also take a £150 security deposit with the final balance payment against loss and damage. This is refunded to you within 14 days of your return to the UK, in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions, which will be sent to you after we confirm availability.
We also accept payment in Euros or US Dollars
Payments by credit card through Pay Pal are subject to a 3.4% transaction fee
Bank transfers in Euros or US Dollars are subject to transfer/receiving charges.
