The rental price includes all utilities. Linen and towels are provided and includes a change for guests on two week stay. Please bring your own towels for the pool and the beach. Underfloor heating is provided for the cooler months. Welcome packs can be provided.

The changeover day can be flexible, apart from the Peak months , July and August , where the changeover is a Saturday
Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer.
25% of the total price is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before the start of the hire period.
For bookings made within 12 weeks full payment is required.
We also take a £150 security deposit which is refunded to you within 14 days of your return to the UK, in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions, which will be sent to you after we confirm availability.
We also accept payment in Euros or US Dollars by Bank transfer .
